DMCA Policy
Last updated: June 24, 2026
Toolastic respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This page explains our approach to copyright under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
1. We do not host third-party content
Toolastic provides utility tools. Many tools simply help users access content that is already publicly available on third-party platforms, and processing typically happens in the user’s own browser. We do not store or host that third-party content on our servers.
2. Filing a copyright notice
If you believe content accessible through our tools infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to contact@toolastic.com including:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The specific URL or description of the material in question.
- Your contact information (name, address, email, phone).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
3. Counter-notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing similar identifying information and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake.
4. Repeat infringers
We may, at our discretion, restrict access for users who repeatedly violate copyright.
